Casey Woods, is a retired firefighter and truck mechanic and a lover of Cowboy and Western Music. He also enjoys performing cowboy poetry. He writes most of what he recites. He has one CD titled “Riding the Range.” He is also a member of the Cowboy Poets of Utah, and has performed in several venues including Heber City, Elko, and Valentine, NE as well as several smaller shows. Some of his poems are from memories, some from hopes and dreams. One of his favorites is the historically correct story of Lane Frost, the young bull rider who was killed, who inspired the movie “Eight Seconds.” We are glad to have Casey joining our show!
